Everything you need to know about staking PVS and earning USDC rewards.
PVS staking lets you lock your PolyVerse (PVS) tokens into a smart contract on Polygon. In return, you earn USDC rewards paid out every hour — proportional to the amount you stake and the length of time you stay in the pool.
Your share of the $600,000 USDC reward pool is proportional to your staked PVS relative to the total staked supply. Rewards accrue continuously and are distributed on-chain every hour — you can claim them anytime without unstaking.
There is no fixed lock-up period. You can unstake and withdraw your PVS at any time. There is no minimum stake, but you will need a small amount of MATIC in your wallet to pay Polygon gas fees.
You can buy PVS directly on the Polygon network through our partner portal in the "Buy PVS" section. Once purchased, transfer PVS to the same wallet you plan to stake from.
Your PVS sits in a standard, audited Synthetix-style StakingRewards contract on Polygon. The contract is non-custodial — only you control your funds, and every transaction is verifiable on-chain via Polygonscan.
Any EVM-compatible wallet works — MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or WalletConnect. Make sure your wallet is set to the Polygon network and holds a small amount of MATIC for gas.
The pool distributes the $600,000 USDC reward pool over a fixed emission schedule. Once the pool is fully distributed, staking will continue to earn any remaining rewards but at a reduced rate. Check the White Paper for the exact schedule.
